Antipasti at home

Well, we couldn’t decide what to have for dinner so raided the fridge. There was a good selection of mixed cured meats to which we added lettuce, olives, baby plum tomatoes, sundried tomatoes, artichokes, peppers and stuffed vine leaves (think they are more Greek than Italian though). It was delicious, especially when washed down with a very nice glass of Nero d’Avola.
